Description
Heavy machinery windows become damaged from tree branches
The Problem
World-class manufacturer of heavy machinery engineered for the lumber industry, has potential for damage to 6 separate windows during the logging process. Operators want to protect the glass from lumber strikes.
The Solution
The OE Manufacturer applied our 4 layer, 4 mil thick “stack” of TearOffs to their safety glass surface. An impact from branches and other tree trim is absorbed by the stack, and any abrasion is captured by the removable layers preventing damage to the operators cabin glass. The surface layers can be easily cleaned, or removed before work begins. 4 layers last a full season or longer.
